As a mechanical engineer at Con-Vey, I apply my mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to design, plan, and optimize power distribution and conveyor belt systems for various clients. I work with a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the technical and regulatory requirements of the industry. I also communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.Before joining Con-Vey, I pursued my dream of playing professional baseball for two years, most recently for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers in the MLB Draft League. This experience taught me valuable lessons in resilience, teamwork, and leadership, as well as honed my physical and mental abilities. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from George Fox University in 2021, where I played baseball for five years and received the Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) and the Fundamentals of Engineering Mechanical (FE) certifications.I am passionate about the field of engineering and I want to continue learning new skills that will further expand my field of knowledge and the organization that I represent. I am also proud of my athletic achievements and I enjoy playing and watching sports in my spare time. I am confident in my attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and I am eager to take on new challenges and opportunities in my career.
