I ensure accurate and timely entry of case management forms, while maintaining and updating databases for caseworkers. Take a leadership role in information management for the Case Management program, implementing data protection protocols, communicating updates to the team, and performing ad hoc duties under the guidance of the Case Management Supervisor.
