I was a member of the Leadership Team within the Asset Research Team. ART focuses on the global economic outlook and the implications for asset markets and investors in those asset markets. I co-lead the Analytic Team that focuses on the macroeconomic outlook and implications for capital markets. We provide input into dynamic asset allocation across all asset classes, for clients including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, governments and central banks.

I delivered global macro and asset strategy. I presented widely to investors, external seminars, clients, the TCorp Board, and across all front office teams.

While at Lloyds Banking Group, I foccussed predominantly on economic risks facing the different business groups. During the GFC, I was involved in identifying and explaining economic risks using economic and econometric analysis, forecasting, stress-testing and scenario analysis across various asset classes.

I worked in Payments Policy, focussing on the recent reforms to the Australian payments system.I analysed data on household credit, debit, cheque and cash payments within the Australian economy. I wrote weekly, monthly and ad-hoc policy and research papers.
