I worked as a commercial supervisor, leading 10-20 drivers on a normal basis to make sure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met throughout the business. I worked with customers on incident and safety issues and was consistently a first responder to any accidents or injuries that occur to make sure to get the full picture on and fully report out any issues or concerns.

I worked as an L5 Area manager managing upwards of 90 Associates on the Front half night shift since July 2022. I oversee the entirety of our Inventory Control/ Quality Assurance department on the shift (ICQA) as well as having about 40 Associates within the pick department that I manage with myself and 4 total process assistants. I work to make my teams lives easier, by removing barriers, looking for consistent process improvement, and helping to coach upwards of 90 team members through tips and engaging with them throughout the day to make sure they are all right. Before July 2022, I worked on the front half days shift, where I focused on my 80 Associates within the pick department, as well as leading teams across all shifts for process improvement within the quality area, focusing on Amnesty on our AR floors, errors that our associates create, and our inventory defects caused by our teams. During this time, our quality saw a large step forward across all shifts, decreasing our errors by an average of 20% per team. This quality focus was still a priority on night shift specifically for pick errors, where we continued to see a decrease from an average of 2000 defects per million down to an average of 1800 or less every single week, consistently ranking within the top 20 of all AR sites in our network of over 75.

Started at Amazon in October 2020 and immediately started out strong, improving both quality and productivity of my team by 20% for each from October to December and see continued success going into the end of that year, where my team was a top 10 team in the region for productivity for the month of December. During this time, my team size ranged from 90-120 until dipping to about 70 once we onboarded new management. I worked to hire and develop the best, coaching up 3 new process assistants during this time as well as promoting 3 PAs to new roles within Amazon.
