During my second internship at CIC, I reentered my role managing the bars at the location, developing our annual bar crawl fundraiser, and crafting cocktail menus and recipes for events and seasonal promotions. I learned about membership coordination and the process of interviewing and accepting new members. I was giving the opportunity to interview potential members, give detailed tours of our facilities, and interact with current members regarding their memberships and their dockage at CIC's marina.

Banquet Server and Bartender

Spent three months helping aid in the management of 9 bars on Catawba Island Club's campus. Curated multiple signature cocktails as well as cocktail menus. Managed all bar employees with prep, work, and closing duties.

I was tasked to work in the medical records department in retrieving medical records from facilities all over the united states for our clients. I then sorted the information and submitted it to social security in a timely manner before the client's disability hearing.
