Ensure documentation of all IP network implementation processes, procedures and projects, work orders, change request, and capacity upgrades.  Provide technical support to Enterprise Business and Product Development Departments, Customer Care, Branch and Connect Stores  Liaise with account managers to respond to bid proposals and technical documentations  Create and issue work orders for various IP L2VPN/L3VPN services and connectivity requirements  Plan, design and issue work orders for the implementation of new 2G/3G/4G sites or carrier upgrades  Review technical documents from other operational departments including Core Planning, Marketing, and IT and IS  Provide the required support in developing detailed IP implementation plans for various projects taking into consideration risk mitigation and contingency plans  Provide technical support for DNS services, open source network monitoring tools and other IT infrastructure monitoring software  Ensure adherence to agreed IP/MPLS specification and quality standards during project executions

• Perform network designs, including routing, security and convergence • Provide support to other operational units including customer service units, sales and marketing units.• Work with product development personnel to create effective solutions for customers• Manage projects as per assignment including installation, commissioning, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all network hardware, software and communication links.• Ensure network stability and optimize the performance and usage of the network systems• Manage quality of internet service from end-to-end and provide QoS reports• Provide technical report for network system performance in achieving KPI

• Maintain and administer computer hardware, system software, application software and all configurations.• Coordinate with vendors in order to facilitate purchases of computers, accessories and software• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations• Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components• Manage and updated both staff and students’ records in the school’s database.• Train staff in the use of computers and application software
