This was a short employment due to contract type and timing. It involved collecting and testing samples throughout the sugar production line as well as waste water in order to ensure that environmental standards were met. These routine tests would then be used to alter processes and methods in order to ensure the best and most reliable results.

During my second period of employment at Marks and Spencer’s (due to term time) I worked again as a customer assistant. This included additional responsibility as a ‘digital champion’ that involved producing and running social media pages for the small store. This increased interaction and digital footfall for the online pages and was something I threw.

My second role for Tesco was a temporary position whilst in lockdown at my home location. I was working in a fast paced environment which was crucial for customers during the difficult times. The fast paced nature encouraged me to work efficiently as possible which is an attribute I endeavour to upkeep in future roles.

Whilst at university before lockdown I worked at Marks and Spencer for a year on the shop floor, providing customers with excellent customer service. This is shown through customer feedback that has been given as well as the relationships I have built with customers through my personable and approachable personality.
