Responsibilities: - Responsible for Setting up and configure Company Network Switches, Firewall and AP controller.- Responsible of First Level and Second Level Support for Computer Hardware Trouble-shooting and Computer Network.- Responsible for administrate Hospital Wifi and SonicWall VPN access.- Responsible for administrate Microsoft Exchange 2013, Windows Server 2012 Active Directory.- Responsible for manage and maintain VMware Server.- Responsible for manage Hospital IT Hardware and software Asset.- Responsible to setup vpn access for radiologist to access to PACS system for doing reporting.- Assist MIS Application Team for first level support of Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Finance Information System (FIS), Operating Theatre System (OTS) and Appointment System.Experience Gained:- To assist Senior Operations Manager in setting up the hospital's IT infrastructure.- Successfully setup network with vendor for Maybank Credit Card Terminal machine.- Successfully setup network for patient monitor vendor.

Responsibilities:- Administration and technical maintenance of the company’s distributed database applications/systems. (Backup company application data.)-Manage and setup Company Network infrastructure. (eg: setup Access point , router and etc)-Provide technical support for desktop computing problems faced end User (hardware and software troubleshoot)-Manage and maintain Server. (windows server 2003, SQL 2005 ,etc)-Formatting PC for users.-Update Company website-Manage and control Company Hardware and software Asset. (Eg: PC, Laptops and Software License.) -Some Microsoft Dynamics AX skill that support end user setting and some customization base on user requirement in some forms.
