The Broadcast Network Operations Center Team monitors the entire signal path of the Sirius on-air product, including 200+ channels, Rear Seat Video, Data Services and Sirius Internet Radio. The Broadcast NOC also functions as the first point of contact call center for personnel involved in each segment of the broadcast product, handling hundreds of daily phone calls, identifying issues, determining severity, and initiating the escalation process.
