In October 2024 Mind In Motion was officially registered as a CIC - 'Mind In Motion SW Community Interest Company'

Mind In Motion is a community organisation that began in May 2024, we started off as 3peaks4mind, completing the UKs 3 Peak Challenge in under 24 hours, raising nearly £6,000 for Devon Mind. In July we rebranded to allow us to carry on focusing on events & social media content to promote positive mental health and also removing the stigma that surrounds it by making it more normalised to talk about your problems to those around you.

Working at Cavanna has been my introduction into the house building industry. From procurement to subcontract agreements and invoicing to project meetings - there is so many different tasks and roles within it and I have learnt a lot so far. It’s not an easy industry to work in and having an eye for detail and ensuring cohesion between different departments are two of the most important aspects of the job that I have tried to focus on.

Working at Costa taught me many helpful skills in the workplace. Dealing with customers, good time management, keeping inventory stocked up, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
