- Assist the Financial accountant with timely production of management accounts- Record Processing purchase invoices, supplier payments, credit card transactions andbank payments using Sage 50- Reconciling the party accounts.- Reconciling supplier accounts.- Reconciling candidate credit card transactions.- Extracting and compiling reports from Sage Accounts for management using Microsoft Excel- Manage daily e-mail, telephone and postal correspondence- Filing and archiving of all accounts-related documents- Leasing with the financial accountant on status of the party accounts, its cash flow, itscustomers and suppliers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments on QuickBooks.- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.- Manage accounts receivable and expenses and follow up on queries from customer.- Process and reconcile RCT transactions- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger.- Ensure proper coding and classification of financial transactions.- Balance Sheet reconciliations- Generate and analyse financial reports on a regular basis.- Provide support in preparing financial statements for review.- Store documentation, invoices and statements for annual audits on QuickBooks- Prepare necessary documentation (bank statements, invoices etc) and schedules for audit purposes.
