Worked as the software vendor liaison of 5 healthcare organizations with up to 10+ member IT analyst teams through multiple stages of hospital software implementation, upgrades, and maintenance. Conducted weekly meetings with hospital analyst teams to investigate root cause and resolutions of software issues, teach standard troubleshooting frameworks, and solicit feedback for software improvements. Managed, prioritized, and resolved software issues and projects with IT analyst teams tracking approximately 60-90 support logs at any given time. Created the structure, established tracking of pertinent metrics, managed, and facilitated meetings focused on the improvement for the Dermatology module in the Ambulatory application regarding its optimization and usability for users.

Aided in the organization and management of a large-scale project based on the incorporation of a microgrid and calculated energy efficiencies of items utilized within whilst also managing relations with a local university in order to maintain partnerships in senior design and graduate level projects.

Worked with equipment to be used within submarines, researching environmental specifications and running temperature tests on said equipment in order to verify the functional integrity of the hardware in various environments. Modified laboratory procedures for temperature tests to adhere to required specifications obtained from clients. Researched alternatives for heavily used items at lower costs.

Worked on the design of brackets used for the 777-X planes using CAD software such as CATIVA V5. Was given responsibility over groups of brackets, overseeing the process for each bracket from the initial design alteration to the uploading of the new bracket into a database. Worked within a team to support and request help in response to the volume and urgency of the bracket group.
