I lead a team of ~250 engineers and technology leaders who oversee the core small-business products of Xero. Responsible for end-to-end product engineering & architecture including planning, delivery and operational concerns for Xero’s core products.

As a technology start up, I was brought into the Suitebox (now https://syngrafii.com/) as the CTO to utilise my 20 years of experience in enterprise technology to deliver a first-to-market cloud-based SaaS product. I built a technology function that drove the company’s growth from a fledgling IT start-up to a fully functioning and operating company with revenues of ~ $20M and customers located globally.

Working within the FX Spot, Forwards and Options front office team as the lead quant developer for the team’s core front office platform. Responsible for the technical design, build and operation of the core Index platform.
