Leading all testing and QA activities, policies, processes and actions performed to assure the highest level of quality for all E-commerce systems of the company over the world (Web desktop, mobile, APPs, backend and internal applications). Main responsabilities:• Creating, maintaining, co-ordinating and improving QA processes, requirements and toolsets across the whole organization and development teams.• Analyse, develop and deliver processes and practices to ensure that software products are developed according to all types of requirements.• Ensure consistent start-to-finish QA support of all products, as well as coordinating with project managers, technical team leads, product managers, business stakeholders and build and release management to improve QA delivery at all stages of product development.• Assure that the whole division is working and developing products according to best QA practices and following agile principles.• Develop detailed plannings for all activities to be done by QA and testing teams. Projects involved:• March 2013 - December 2014 - Norwegian Air ShuttleTeam leader of the Barcelona testing team for Norwegian Air Shuttle, inside the IT department. In charge of system and UAT testing (new functionality and regression testing), with both manual and automated approaches. All back-end and front-end systems included in scope, in different platforms (desktop, mobile, GDS) and OS (Win, Unix, iOS, others).Tasks developed:• Creation of overall and detailed planning for the testing team, defining the scope and the effort for all testing tasks.• Determine test strategy according to risk and priorities.• Creation of user stories by using Gherkin syntax. Analysis, identification and subsequent correction of requirements.• Distributes and coordinates workload of team members.• Management of risks for the project (progress, goals, etc).• Report to the different stakeholders about the quality and progress of the test object and the test process in a optimal way.• Day-to day management of the test team• Leading test design and execution tasks assuring that the goals are met. Coordination of test automation tasks.• Management of the test process from the beginning to the end.• Coaching of testers in the test team (design, execution, processes)
