Patient Safety Specialist, Quality and Patient Safety.Responsible for determining the severity of reported incidents, compiling and completing reports of reportable events in compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and internal policies.Managing the PSA (Patient Safety Alert) incident reporting system by reviewing, investigating, facilitating cause analysis, developing corrective action plans with metrics, documenting and closing using patient safety science and quality improvement tools. • Inquiring about the security staff, as well as other hospital staff, to make sure that the stations are ready to serve patients and to provide support to the doctors on duty.• Addressing all major hand-over issues received from the daytime in-charge which may need to be resolved at night.• Performing regular and spot-check of all service care units with the team comprised of Duty Manager, Nursing Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Security Supervisor.
