About Isaac Bjerkness

My current work is guest-facing service roles at the Walt Disney World Resort. This experience includes merchandise coordinating, attractions operator, training new members of our team and transportation guest associate. These guest and customer experiences have helped me develop my leadership skills as well as enhancing my communication and conflict resolution talents, and have lead me to work with amazing teams and receive recognition and awards within those departments.Writing and media are both major passions of mine. I have experience with news writing, social media management, journalism, interviews, sports writing, press conference coverage, editing, leading and budgeting stories to a team of writers. I aspire to grow in a journalism, public relations or media content career.Outside of work, I volunteer in youth advocacy roles that mentor children in elementary schools. Through this mentorship program, I have been able to volunteer at many great organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Feeding America.
