Currently, I am a graduate from Staffordshire University with a degree in Film, Television and Radio BA (Hons). During my time at University I have expanded on my knowledge of the media industry and have gained a multitude of experiences on different pieces of technical equipment, learning how to operate them and utilise them on a film set. From my experience being a crew member on other student's films, I was hired by a post-graduate film company, StokeScreen, to be a sound operator on two projects for them from a promotional video for a Staffordshire town to short informational videos for GD Solicitors Firm in Greater Manchester. Furthermore, my experiences have led to a wide knowledge of Adobe software, social media and marketing strategies such as creating and maintaining a brand, which I would like to use to broaden my horizons and gain experience through a wider scope of the media industry.Currently I am working with Computershare as a Customer Service Representative, speaking with clients on the phone in regard to managing their shareholdings. I’m doing this I am working alongside industry professionals giving information regarding multiple companies to customers. All while maintaining their accounts and making sure that everything that can be done, is done for themI have an outgoing attitude which I feel is detrimental to being a part of a progressive work team, and I have the desire to create the best product, or service possible. I am proud of everything that I do and I want that to be emphasised in any workplace. I also have interests in a wide array of topics, including, fashion, retail and sport, meaning that I want to be a valued member of any team.
