CurrentPresident, Director, and Investment Committee Member, of BTS Asset Management, which he joined in 1999. Isaac has been in the Investment industry for more than 20 years. Spending his career in Alternative Investment Strategies with both equity and fixed income portfolios. Primarily focusing on the distressed debt markets has affected the way he sees the investment universe. As a Director and President of BTS, Isaac has been tasked with aligning its mission with stakeholder needs. He works closely with an experienced executive team to ensure that the firm delivers consistent world-class Investment strategies and services to advisors and their clients. He is responsible for leading the Firm’s distribution strategy's overall direction and overseeing the Sales and Marketing leadership in their efforts to build collaborative partnerships with financial advisors, platforms, and key accounts. He has extensive experience in developing best practices within the financial services industry. He specializes in building and motivating teams to help deliver successful outcomes to the Firm's advisors and clients.As an Investment Committee Member, he is a Portfolio Manager for both 1940 Act Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts. He deals with ongoing market research and contributes to the development of proprietary products. Isaac focuses on research into securities selection and portfolio strategies used to enhance the BTS product lineup. He actively attends industry investment and research conferences, speaking on portfolio design, economic theory, and behavioral finance.Isaac has a B.S. in Business Management from Keene State College, an M.S. in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning, and MBA studies at UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management.
