Passion and perseverance are my drivers. I joined the alternative investment space in 1999 and was lucky to find something I really enjoyed immediately. During my career, I have had a tremendous need to learn, know, and understand. My focus on accumulating information and the logical pursuit of knowledge has helped me develop strong technical skill sets. I have used those skills to be creative, determined, and analytical in my approach to effective problem-solving. When there is a problem, I want to help move teams in new directions, exploring and defining solutions and ultimately creating positive change and improvements with innovative and unique approaches. I have an intrinsic grasp of how to market concepts, appeal to a broad range of individuals, and strategically place an idea or concept in its best light to achieve the greatest possible end result.I also really enjoy working with and learning from others. I have been part of a team that has developed and distributed Separately Managed Accounts, Third Party Asset Management Programs, 1940 Act Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and UCITS Products for Europe with a group of peers I hold a lot of respect for. My job has allowed me to visit all 50 states and several countries in Europe and Asia. I have enjoyed developing, managing, and promoting investment solutions to advisors and investors worldwide. It may be challenging, but most things can be completed with the right combination of passion and perseverance.

He is responsible for leading the Firm’s distribution strategy's overall direction and overseeing the Sales and Marketing leadership in their efforts to build collaborative partnerships with financial advisors, platforms, and key accounts. He has extensive experience in developing best practices within the financial services industry. He specializes in building and motivating teams to help deliver successful outcomes to the Firm's advisors and clients.As an Investment Committee Member, he is a Portfolio Manager for both 1940 Act Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts. He deals with ongoing market research and contributes to the development of proprietary products. Isaac focuses on research into securities selection and portfolio strategies used to enhance the BTS product lineup. He actively attends industry investment and research conferences, speaking on portfolio design, economic theory, and behavioral finance.Isaac has a B.S. in Business Management from Keene State College, an M.S. in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning, and MBA studies at UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management.
