- Verified project operations and interpreted findings for senior inspectors and project administrators’ planning. - FDEP Inspector Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control and FDOT Temporary Traffic Control Intermediate licensed. - Verified plan sheet slopes for inlets/drainages prior to construction, ensure roadway construction activities meet FDOT Standard Plans. - Monitored field activities, FDOT documentation for H-piles, concrete pours, sediment and erosion control, and Maintenance of Traffic. - Assisted in inspecting field controls, tracked project site data pre-construction, and assessments for 85.6-million-dollar I-275 lane expansion.

- Drafted RFI's to submit to architects/engineers regarding issues with drawings for clarification for project management and trades. - Provided field updates during weekly internal owner/architect/contractor meetings to ensure attention to detail and project success. - Utilized Procore to coordinate submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, shop drawings with subcontractors and owners. - Managed field site quality control and inspection program, strategic planning, and waste prevention, assisting with permit retrieval for 20-million-dollar 97,600 square foot luxury assisted living facility in Palm Coast, FL.

- Utilized SQL, Python, and Big Data Languages to perform analysis for data repositories in Anti-Money Laundering Division.
