I've been playing the drums for nearly 20 years. I have experience with songwriting alongside other musicians as well as playing live and studio gigs. I am proficient in reading drum music, and in nearly any genre from jazz to rock. I have a profound knack for finding precisely what the song needs, and providing that without frills or fillers. • Completed 22 week ‘One Station Unit Training’ to become infantryman qualified• Completed three-week Airborne School

• Completed 24 week Basic Academy, followed by 15 weeks of field training• While working as a patrol officer, answered 1,392 calls for service; completed 712 reports; affected 401 arrests (78 Felonies)• Conducted pro-active policing during times of low call volume by searching for, locating, and arresting wanted individuals on a weekly basis using OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) and past cases for reference while coordinated patrol level resources to affect the arrests• Spearheaded a project to create a working relationship between TPD and the University of Arizona’s Office of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. This revolutionized the investigative process used by Patrol units and the Adult Sexual Assault Detectives, increasing the total number of cases reported, and the quality of investigations• Participated in a three-month Detective Mentorship program working with Detectives from three different units (Domestic Violence, Adult Sexual Assault, Aggravated Assault); Conducted interviews, collected evidence, issued charges, and presented felony level cases to grand jury• Subsequently used this training and experience to conduct Felony investigations in the field, often without the need for detective involvement.• Participated in weekly training with the K9 unit, and worked as a role player for the SWAT Team. Additional coursework includes: Crisis Intervention Training and VCQB (Centrifuge Training)

Learning and educating others in the sourcing, roasting, and preparation of craft coffee that is fairly traded and bought from small-scale farmers. Cartel coffee was mentioned in BBC Travel's "America's Best Coffee Bars", as one of the top 5 in the nation. Cartel sources its coffee from small-scale farmers and roasts it at its roasting plant in Phoenix AZ, as well as brewing its own beer. Cartel is a pristine example of Third Wave Coffee paired with 21st century design and innovation and I am honored to represent and promote the culture and the brand.

Preparing and serving coffee and espresso-based drinks, providing world-class customer service, training and mentoring new baristas. Went above the responsibilities of a barista and learned supervisor tasks as well to become a better asset to the store. Given the responsibility to train new baristas in the bar routine and all store-essential tasks. Worked as part of a team to increase store sales, especially during the holiday season, held the highest selling record of the 2013-2014 holiday season.
