Profile bio

About Isaac Bean

I graduated high school as an unaccompanied youth under a bridge, and now I support teams & improve systems to ensure no one else has to do the same. I build & scale housing justice programs by merging data-driven frameworks, trauma-responsive methods, and the wisdom of lived experience into cutting edge QI projects & lasting systems policy. 🔑🏘️❤️Homelessness is not a personal problem, and solving it is possible.🤝 I love promoting connections between all levels of an organizational team - from entry-level end users to executive-level department heads, both of whose shoes I've walked in and am passionate about lowering hurdles for. I'm endlessly enthusiastic about helping passionate people make their missions work no matter what conditions we start in or how we have to adapt along the way. 🗣️ All of my work & advocacy is guided by the understanding that the traumas of poverty are enforced by the policy choices of those in power, so we’ll never meaningfully challenge systems of oppression if we don’t also prioritize the involvement of historically marginalized communities in the political process of change.🏘️ We're good people doing difficult work, and together - with data-driven processes and resilient celebrations along the way - we can solve the systemic problems of poverty and ensure everyone has a sustainable pathway towards lasting self-determination.Guided by an Ethics of Care: Attentiveness, Responsibility, Competence, Responsiveness, Plurality. Justice is love at the systems level, and hopeful joy a revolutionary necessity✊❤️

Listed skills include Ngp, Votebuilder, Human Subjects Research, Constituent Correspondence, and 3 others.
