Born and raised in Houston, Isaac Doria’s business aptitude was apparent from early on as a magnet student taking accelerated classes through elementary and high school. So was his musical talent: Just out of high school, he launched a career that quickly carried him to the band of five-time Grammy Award-winner Marcos Witt. But the road takes its tolls, even at the top, and Isaac retired from touring in 2019.Successful music pros are, by nature, entrepreneurs well versed in building relationships, cooperation, and the pursuit and realization of far-reaching dreams — traits that serve Isaac well as a real estate professional. In the process of establishing a property portfolio, he gained the ability to solve the challenges of homeownership for many first-time buyers, including musicians, artists, and other creatives. Authenticity and trust loom large in those client relationships, as well as fairness, flexibility, respect, and the expertise and determination to produce positive outcomes.In his spare time, Isaac volunteers at his father’s church, helping out with school activities, outdoor festivals, and food banks for the community. He still plays drums for fun, and he loves teaching his two children music and baseball. But anything Isaac does to spend time with his loved ones — his family, wife, and kids — is his favorite pastime.
