Worked in cross-functional groups, including marketers, chefs, technicians and co-manufacturers to plan bench test trials, manage resources, maintain precise and appropriate documentation, and communicate key deliverable outcomes. Stepped down from my role in 2019 due to relocation for family reasons.• Systematized new analytical methods: plant-based protein functional analysis, enzyme activity analysis, gluten development and alternatives, and the comparative analysis of plant-based binding agents. • Developed the “Guide to Protein Technology and Technical Applications” outlining the role of protein in foods and applicable laboratory analysis methods to serve as a reference tool for current and future research personnel.• Identified opportunities for nutrient fortification in various product streams based on dietary trends and nutrition deficiency risks in plant-based diets by using sophisticated nutrition landscaping and nutrition profiling software.
