You've got a dream. Consider it handled. For as long as I can remember, I have been the person that can take a big-picture vision or dream and operationalizes it. There are too many times that dreams don't come to fruition because they are lacking in process, structure, efficiencies, and all of the operations that go along with that. While some people create endless check-lists that never get completed, I get great joy from the way I understand the world - in systems. I am a person who's art comes to life when they are empowered to be creative, problem-solve, and innovate in out of the box types of ways. While this viewpoint impact how I get my work done, I also recognize that systems are a part of how people also engage, experience the world, and are impacted by it too. I am the epitome of a people person. I seek to understand how people experience the world, where people are lifted up, and ways in which people have additional obstacles to overcome, purely based on the systems ahead of them. My goal always is to co-create spaces where people feel like they can thrive and belong - just as I would hope someone creates these types of spaces for me.Bridging my operations mindset with my passion for people to feel seen and heard, you'll find a leader who will work with others to meet OKRs/goals, taking big picture dreams and operationalizing them by building efficient systems for optimum performance.
