I served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Realty Capital Partners. Under my leadership, the capital markets team raised more than $115 million of investor equity for private real estate investments. I was a voting member of the investment committee and also served on the firm’s executive committee.

Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of financial advisors and leadership development of advisor coaches. My team consisted of 18 advisors including the #1 advisor in the nation. Under my leadership the team wrote a total of $3-million in GDC and I was ranked the #1 District Manager in the nation out out more than 290 the month I transitioned to RCP.

I started my career in financial planning in April of 2001 when the company was still American Express Financial Advisors. I acquired 44 new financial planning clients and wrote $105,000 in GDC my first year in practice. My second year I entered the leadership development program and was promoted to a District Manager position in the Fort Worth office. I worked as a District Manager and Financial Advisor until my transition to RCP in Sept. 2007.
