Lead front-end developer. Integrating designs into fully-functional front-ends and integrating features into existing sites and apps. Highlights:- Establishing a default CSS architecture, based mostly on Harry Robert's ITCSS.- Migrating from WordPress to Statamic for the agency's go-to CMS.- Developing a git-based deployment workflow (that harnesses the ability to version control literally every aspect of a project when using a CMS with no database, as is the case with Statamic).

Republic Of Georgia

One year of living and teaching English in the Republic of Georgia. Life changing. The first half was spent in a remote mountain village located in the country's south-western region (Adjara). The second half was spent closer to the Nation's capitial (Tbilisi) in the Kaheti region. A transformative experience of a lifetime.Highlights:- Tons of valuable teaching experience.- Learning to harness the most from limited resources.- Learning a good bit of the ancient Georgian language.- The food and surrounding traditions (experienced a Georgian Supra? you understand).

Homer, Alaska

Highlights:- Providing skills-training services to developmentally disabled children and adults.- Working one-on-one with elementary students in the classroom.

Vashon Island, Wa

An incredibly memorable and valuable season of hard yet rewarding work that yielded valuable knowledge on the ins and outs of running a successful organic-vegetable farm. Highlights:- Working and co-managing in all aspects of small-scale cultivation.- Coordinating, training, and supervising volunteers.- Organizing and selling at weekly markets.- Establishing new farm/business sales relationships.

Portland, Oregon Area

A high-paced and adventure-filled experience of living and working as a program leader for this outdoor education program. Gained more in experiential-based learning than I could have ever given back to the program. Highlights:- Teaching environmental education curriculum to middle school students.- Mentoring high-school student leaders in their leadership roles with younger program students.- Leading games, songs, discussions, and other group activities.
