As a worker for Daniel Silvey's Lawn & Care, I was a personable manager who was able to effectively manage subordinates below me that Daniel and I hired. I used positive reinforcement, developed a personal relationship with every employee, and increased work productivity. This was a vital part of my growing as a professional, and I hope to be able to use these skills I developed in the sales force as well. I used my time as a Men's Basketball player at Purdue University to develop quick-thinking, critical decision making, and thorough thought development to see issues with multiple angles. I also developed a strong sense of family and loyalty to my teammates and coaches.
