Software EngineerBYU graduate April '23, B.S. in Psychology with honors, minors in Computer Science, English, and Professional Writing & Rhetoric. My software interests center on enjoyable user experiences, robust frontend engineering, and organizational effectiveness (including things like good documentation, communication, work processes, etc.), although I also enjoy learning about API design, graph databases, and cybersecurity as well. Having worked as an IT professional in the past, cybersecurity is an important aspect of any product I work on, as is seamless hardware use/compatibility. With my psychology background, I also strive to keep accessibility of software in the forefront of any project.I'm currently working with a buddy on a browser extension that will allow users to monitor stock prices while performing other tasks on the web. I'm also currently building a NYT-style game (like Wordle) where players guess the synonyms of a given word. (Both as of Dec. 2023).
