The development and launch of Legend TransFormations was created with the sole intention of inspiring anyone and everyone who is on the Journey to become the best version of themselves to Dream Bigger, Go Farther, and Work Harder than they ever imagined possible. Technically the business model revolves around high end auto detailing and ceramic coating, pressure washing, and landscaping, and exterior residential cleaning. This platform will then extend out as a foundation for conversations around career decisions, life decisions, and other major crossroads...eventually this will become a podcast, livestreams, radio show/renegade translated into as many languages as possible, in order to deliver a call to action for young people worldwide:Take back your destiny, life choices, and reroute your destiny in order to truly chase what you believe in, instead of the usual career counselor advice!

*Managed $2 billion implementation and installation projects for JRSS Europe and Southwest Asia, overseeing coordination, planning, and execution of DoD services migration to JIE and JRSS.*Coordinated with US Cyber Command and DISA Operational Planning Team to provide hands-on education to operators, led Navy Fleet Readiness Certification Board efforts and selected for DISA's Mid-Level Leadership Program.

Served as an IT specialist in the Office of the Executive Advisor, ODCMO, OSD, driving DoD-wide IT improvements as part of a key National Military Command System section, resulting in $22M in cost savings, while working at the GS-13/14 level.

Led metrics research for ARCYBER's Defensive Cyber Operations and developed literature for high-level security briefings, while leading the USAFRICOM Authorities Reference Project team to build a database matrix for ongoing operations at the Center for Army Analysis.

Demonstrated technical expertise on the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS), guiding senior leaders on IT investments and delivering detailed insights on IT expenditures across various MDEPs to secure funds, while working collaboratively with Army IT leaders at the GS-12/13 level.

*Developed an Elite Organization with NY Times Best Selling Author, Neil Strauss, to develop and train entrepreneurs, CEOs, and young professionals through leadership training programs.*Directed operations and marketing for a growing start-up focused on providing clients with leadership development and professional growth opportunities through IT and website content, resulting in maximized profits and strong client relationships.

*Deployed twice to support Operation Iraqi Freedom and volunteered to deploy to Baghdad during the "Surge" to support 4th Brigade as a Designated Marksmen.*Led and trained soldiers through a combat zone environment and mentored them to become successful Non-Commissioned Officers ready for the battlefield environment.
