My biggest strength is the ability to work with different groups of people and produce results. I have been working as a radio show producer for 3 shows a week at my school's radio station. I also helped run a Super Bowl media row production. Now I have worked for a news show at my school for the teams basketball team. I run and help work with others to produce the media for that show on social media. Simply put, I work well with others. I communicate well with others and if I need to take charge I can, and I'm willing to. I also now how to be a team player. My job at Target requires that, working with 20 to 30 different employees to get task assigned by my managers has given me that. I don't need to be a team leader to get things done and I'm more than capable of playing a team role to get whatever the task is completed.
