11th Hour Racing Team have created The Toolbox, an open-source framework to make the creation and implementation of sustainability programs accessible to sports teams and beyond. The adaptable yet robust process provides the fundamentals of a sustainability plan - from establishing the scope and mapping stakeholders to defining the actions and the reporting process - supporting suppliers, small and large enterprises, NGOs and anything in between.As Community Manager, I contribute to the development and facilitation of a standardized sustainability program. The Toolbox provides accessible resources, including guides and case studies, fostering the creation of sustainability plans aligned with established standards. I support users through the end-to-end process, from defining scope and mapping stakeholders to outlining actions and managing the reporting process.Additionally, I collaborate on workshops with national and international high-profile sports and events bodies, such as The Association for National Olympic Committees, showcasing The Toolbox Sustainability Programme methodology. These workshops play a crucial role in integrating standards and frameworks such as BCorp, GRI, UNFCCC Sports For Climate Action, ISO20121 and ISO14001.

As Lead Sustainability Consultant at Zentive, I played a pivotal role in shaping and executing Zentive's sustainability strategy. My responsibilities extended to identifying strategic projects, meticulously scoping potential impact opportunities, and actively engaging in communicating initiatives, serving as the linchpin between Zentive and its sustainability objectives. I contributed significantly to advancing Zentive's sustainability vision and ensuring compliance with top industry standards. I delved into the nuances of Zentive's customers' event needs and business challenges. Using analytical skills, I led the team in identifying problems and providing innovative solutions across diverse areas, including Strategy Development and Reporting, Implementation of Standards and Environmental Management Systems, Stakeholder Engagement, Optimization of Energy and Resources for Efficiency, Carbon Management, Conception of Policy and Regulatory Compliance, Training and Education, and Initiative discovery.

In my previous role at Sonnedix, a global solar Independent Power Producer (IPP), I played a vital role in supporting corporate environmental reporting protocols, including GRESB for industry leaders. I contributed to the implementation of GRI sustainability guidelines and ISO management systems on sites across various regions. Additionally, I actively participated in the monitoring and evaluation of initiatives to Sonnedix's value proposition, reporting valuable insights to inform strategic decisions to the investment committee.I also supported the implementation of Sonnedix's sustainability strategy, engaging in impactful initiatives both internally and externally. This included promoting the development and expansion of the Sonnedix Sustainability Academy, where I project managed the international launch of Sonnedix Sustainability Academy initiatives such as SolQuest - a VR experience. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and local communities, I led far-reaching and inclusive initiatives addressing sustainability impacts. I actively supported the organization's participation in sustainability-related conferences, career events, and summits, including high-profile events such as COP26. Moreover, I played a role in strengthening ESG requirements and monitoring in contracts, including issues related to forced labor and conflict minerals.

Facilitating educational programmes that inspire and guide young people into the green environmental sector. Lead on the delivery of core programmes in South West England, including the newly launched Penpont Project, a 2000 acre youth-led nature restoration project; the largest of its kind in the world. Planned and managed termly learning conference events for over 500 school children and staff.
