User Support Assistant
Current- Provide timely technical support for hardware malfunctions and software issues onsite and via phone using Bomgar for remote access to the user's computer.
- Setup, configure, and provide support for Advanced Audio/Video systems in legal offices and conference rooms.
- Maintained records of support requests, resolutions, and frequently encountered issues to improve efficiency on Dynamics 365.
- Assists users with account management tasks, including password resets, user account creations, and access permissions, enhancing data security and system integrity.
