CurrentDarbem Medical Centre is a respected private facility known for its commitment to advanced technology and personalized care in Ashaiman, a busy city in Accra. For the past six years, I've had the privilege of leading the pharmacy department. During my tenure, I've spearheaded initiatives that improved medication safety and efficiency. One key accomplishment was implementing a new medication scanning system, which drastically reduced dispensing errors. I've also fostered collaboration between myself and nurses, leading to better medication reconciliation and patient outcomes. Darbem has provided a supportive environment where I've honed my leadership skills and expanded my knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations. The constant exposure to diverse medical cases has kept me at the forefront of the latest pharmaceutical advancements, making me a well-rounded and confident pharmacist.
