PROJECT LIST:Yonge Parc 1 & 2 : Both 19 storeys on a shared garage.ERA C & D : 24 & 30 storey residential towers on a shared 2 level parkingPark Avenue Place: 20 & 23 storey towers on a 4 level shared garage.Charisma Condos: 24 & 26 storey towers on an 7-storey podium with a shared 6- level garage.Friday Harbour: 4 storey luxury mid-rise in Barie, Ontario.Indigo Condos: 2 phases of 10 storey mixed-use buildings adjacent to the Vaughan GO station.Responsibilities include:• Review/inspect construction work for conformance to contract documents as required by the Ontario Building Code, providing direction to site supers and trades where there are deficiencies.• Review ALL shop drawings and cut sheets for various projects. eg tower cranes, man & material hoist, elevators, precast cladding, windows, concrete mixes, misc metals, pumps, generators, chillers, MUA, grilles, louvers etc.• Excellent verbal and email communication and coordination with other project stakeholders. Regularly attend construction site meetings throughout the construction phase of projects.• I manage the preparation and release of rebar placing and bar lists for fabrication in keeping with project schedules. I have experience reviewing epoxy-coated rebar and monitoring the appropriate higher lap splices required.• I review excavation shoring systems eg. piles & lagging with tie-backs, caisson walls with corner bracing and rakers.• Working experience with Masterformat specifications per CSI / CSC and FTP document management online platforms such as Invitely Design & Procore.• I track shop drawing submittals, RFI’s, FRP’s, and issue change orders and supplemental instructions.

• I conducted construction site inspections for falsework. These include man & material hoist, window washing platforms and facade masts for facade upgrade etc.• Liaised with clients, consultants, and contractors required to ensure the successful delivery of projects.• Reviewed shops drawings including man & material hoist, window washing platforms and facade masts for facade upgrade etc. for general conformity to design intents.• Prepared engineering drawings for excavation shoring including plans, sections and details for construction. I also supervised the construction from start to finish of the shoring systems.• Served as the site safety coordinator ensuring workers used the appropriate PPE’s and kept track of required paperwork such as insurance, safety training certificates.
