Long Play is the portfolio company which oversees the branding, product design, and marketing for Willie's Reserve and Willlie's Remedy, in addition to multiple other brands within the cannabis industry.While I have moved on from full-time employment at Long Play, I still occasionally consult for the company on select branding and packaging design projects.Some of my key roles at Long Play included:• Creating branding, packaging, collateral, and merchandise designs for celebrity and artist inspired consumer products in the cannabis and health and wellness spaces.• Managing art direction for in-house and independent contract illustrators, photographers, and designers.• Coordinating with production and sourcing departments to streamline product supply chains.• Devising manageable packaging strategies to satisfy product safety and labeling guidelines that are both strict and diverse.• Working closely with state licensees to ensure adherence to brand standards and product packaging guidelines.
