Isaac "Link" Linkletter started in the United States Air Force as an enlisted Air Traffic Controller specializing in RADAR. After leaving the service, he entered the software development industry as a quality analyst in the video game space, working for companies like NCSoft, Bioware and Riot Games. At Riot, he transitioned to an engineering role working with the Build Engineering (proto-DevOps) team and after leaving Riot went to work for a startup building a game engine as a quality engineer, focusing on building continuous delivery and test automation. In addition to the QE role, he also took on a ScrumMaster role for one of the development teams, expanding his skillset into the support capacity. He came to work for Netspend as a full-time ScrumMaster, serving two teams in the development of reloadable pre-paid electronic payment products. After being given the opportunity to pursue a career path closer to his personal interests, Link joined COBB Tuning as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in March of 2019, assisting the industry-leading company in transitioning from a traditional development process to a Scrum framework incorporating both hardware and software development. From there he was recruited to a Senior Scrum Master role at Cox Automotive in 2021, joining the elite team overseeing the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer product.
