Isaac Marangoni is an entrepreneur from Vancouver, Canada. He co-founded and built the brand of cycling chemical products "WPL" over a 9 year period into a globally distributed, omni-channel product line. Operation and management of the business included not only marketing, sales and product development but also the development of proprietary, in-house chemical manufacturing processes (blending, filling, packaging) as well as raw material procurement and global exporting. The final stages of his journey concluded in the sale of his business to an established brand in the cycling space, and the negotiation of the deal with its parent private equity firm. Isaac has confidently achieved status as a veteran in the CPG manufacturing sector.Isaac has extensive experience working with scientists, engineers and technicians of various disciplines, directing the creation of new products by assembling and interpreting data and user feedback, iterating on product designs, and concluding when a product has achieved product market fit. He has experience in IP licensing and is the co-inventor of 2 patents, one related to liposomal encapsulation of hydrophobic nutraceuticals, and the other related to structuring of zero-fat ice cream. Expanding on his role as a bridge between innovation and markets, Isaac has switched his focus to two new sectors: food and AI, where he feels he can achieve a much greater impact. He's also previously participated in projects in a variety of fields ranging from IP licensing, psychedelics and cannabis, real estate, blockchain, and IT solutions for HVAC.
