This project compared the eviction diversion program of Montgomery County to those of innovative and surrounding jurisdictions. The findings and recommendations of this project were presented to the Montgomery County Council during their legislative session.Completed a fee study for Montgomery County's Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) Department. This fee study compared the structure of CUPF and their fees to surrounding jurisdictions. This resulted in both a paper and a presentation, which was given to Montgomery County’s Interagency Coordinating Board.
