• Coordinated a multicountry project about chemsex practices in gay and bisexual men in 4 Latin American cities: Bogota (Colombia), Mexico City (Mexico), San Jose (Costa Rica) and São Paulo (Brazil).
• Created the concept note, budget plan and project schedule for the proposal presented to UNAIDS. Also wrote terms of reference for the people hired in the project and oversaw their payments.
• Generated intermediate and final reports and the financial report of the project.
• Created, with other researchers, the questionnaire for the one-on-one interviews and focus groups hold in the 4 cities the project was executed.
• Translated research findings into strategic communication messaging, such as a social media communications campaign and a 4-episode limited series podcast to share the results, which are set to be published by the end.
• Conducted 5 interviews and a focus group in Bogota, Colombia to collect data on the experiences of gay and bisexual men aged 18-35 who regularly practice (or have practiced in the last 6 month) chemsex.

• Created a global communications campaign for the 4Youth project to amplify young people voices and make visible the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the lives of young people living with HIV in 9 countries of Latin.

• Helped 9 networks (from Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Honduras, Indonesia, India, Ghana, and South Sudan) in the creation of national communication campaigns.
• Built a communications plan for the global campaign, made proposals for publishing and created and designed communicational products.
