Developed, researched and oversaw the implementation of a cyber incident response plan spanning over 10 departments (20000+ employees). The plan integrates Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), and outage time considerations. It is currently in the progress of desktop maneuvers.Collaborated with DataHunter’s programmers and Business Analysts, utilizing ER and UML diagrams tocommunicate back-end database and UI/UX designs effectively.Designed, implemented, and optimized Power Automate workflows, successfully reducing over 15 hours of total labour hours across multiple departments. Acted as a liaison, troubleshooting with users, and bridging the gap for non-technical staff.
