Isaac Mustri began his career working for Masari Casa de Bolsa in 2007 as a financial analyst. By 2009 he was running the firms Trading Desk specializing in Forex Trading. Since then, Isaac was in charge of managing the firms proprietary trading position, covering the firm’s clients demands and in charge of the VIP´s investment accounts. Throughout the 4 years that Isaac worked at Masari Casa de Bolsa he generated a pool of more than 150 clients, operated more than 50 investment accounts and traded more than $2.4 billion USD a year through the firms trading desk.In 2011 Isaac decided to further pursue his business knowledge and enrolled at Babson College for the One Year MBA. It was a wonderful experience, a year full of new friends, new learning and great inspiration for new ideas.After graduating in 2012 Isaac was in search of new opportunities and he landed a job as an Associate at Alvarez & Marsal Mexico City office. The timing wasn´t great due to the fact that Mexico was awaiting a new president and uncertainty made big firms less prone to risks and investments. However, Isaac was able to work on several projects with A&M learning a lot about consulting and turnarounds.In 2013 Isaac decided to launch his first business venture and apply what he learned at Babson College on entrepreneurship. El Puesto was born, a chain of convenience stores located inside office buildings in Mexico City. The business is still up and running today, in its prime El Puesto operated 11 stores in AAA locations. With these business Isaac learned what it is like to become an entrepreneur, from building a business plan, raising capital, hiring and managing people, accounting, operating the day to day, and growing a business.Finding new opportunities, Isaac got involved in Real Estate, first as a broker and later on as a developer. Since 2013, Isaac´s Real Estate Brokerage firm – Perimetro has made more than 45 transactions with a value of over $27 million USD. In 2015 the first residential development was born called Balboa # 708, a small 8 unit building in Mexico City. Furthermore, in 2016 a new residential project came to life called Sindicalismo # 20. Both developments have been finished successfully.Isaac is certain that he has mastered the skills to be a responsible entrepreneur always in search of adding value to the business activities that he performs. He has been involved in both corporate and self-owned ventures, and has developed the expertise and knowledge to be a key asset to help develop, grow, manage and pivot the business where he gets involved.
