Isaac Neill is a partner in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. He focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financing transactions. Clients appreciate Isaac’s timely and business-minded counsel in structuring, negotiating and closing credit facilities and products.Isaac routinely documents cash flow and asset-based credit facilities provided by banks and direct lenders, from the middle market to investment grade. His lending experience includes sponsor acquisition financings, working capital facilities, real estate financings, cross-border and multi-currency financings, and distressed financings across the capital structure.
