To me, engineering is awesome; plain and simple. I recognised early in my career that understanding how things work leads to conceiving innovative ways to make them work better and more efficiently. To that end, whether I am in school, working, or collaborating with colleagues, I am always learning. For me, continuing education is a "must" to really develop myself as a Subject Matter Expert in my field. Recently, I learned how to code in MathCad (a programming language for technical fields) by buying books and watching online tutorials. I did this in my free time and at my own expense. I then gave a presentation to my coworkers to help them learn and build their skills. If I can help my team become better, ultimately they can challenge me to do better. As a Process Engineer with 2 years of experience in all stages of projects, I offer knowledge in engineering practices such as the implementation of multiple MOC’s using P&ID’s, PFD’s, equipment history files, and petroleum engineering concepts. I am well versed withindustry standards like ANSI, ASME, and API and having worked as a Chemist in NuSil Technology, developing my experience dealing with long term silicone research and development projects.I specialise in performing front end work on projects requiring delicate system handling and with a strong work-ethic, a core set of values and commitment to drive quality and performance excellence, I would be an asset to any organisation focused on making processes more efficient.LET'S CONNECTIf you take an interest to what I do, and wish to contact me for business or other opportunities, please feel free to contact me at isaacjpriddy@gmail.com.
