Primary travel with the Senator across Queensland and to Canberra, with research work as well as organisational and media duties such as social media, publications and newsletters.

Representation of the Member to the public and external stakeholders, while maximising exposure and primary service coordination and mass communications. Responding to inquiries from members of the electorate, and liaising with Government departments and other organisations. Coordinating correspondence between the Member's office and other individuals and organisations, organising particular aspects of election campaigns, and supporting the proper functionality of the office.

As Secretary my responsibilities are to call and keep order in meetings in conjunction with the Chair, while also assisting in the overall functionality of the SRC.

The Griffith University Student Representative Council is an elected position which advocates independently of the University on behalf of all undergraduate students. Responsibilities include providing services, events, and activities to all undergraduate students through funding allocated from the Student Services and Amenities Fee.
