• Oversee youth baseball camps, manage roughly a dozen instructors and fifty players across multiple fields• Coordinate instructor activity, teach new instructors, brief and debrief the team, and evaluate performance• Plan camp schedule and organize activities, run some drills while delegating others• Report to camp owner directly to optimize camp experience and seek feedback to improve my performance
