Construction Manager and Project Manager – Institutional and Commercial Projects• Buy down, review and release contracts, material orders, budget, permit acquisition, and logistics.• Obtain and review shop drawings, submittals, red line, approve, submit to client, and AE.• Schedule, coordinate, manage, RFI, change order, compliance, quality, safety, and inspections.• Organize and conduct architect, engineer, client, and subcontractor meetings. • Punch-out and closeout projects.
