Review the general retail inbox for incoming inquiries and respond accordingly Assist with datapulls from past campaigns to help build reporting.Nurture candidates (leads) to become applicants.Nurture hiring event candidates who RSVP to ensure they will show up to the event Source candidates to attract them to RSVP to hiring events Post hiring event nurturing where you will contact allcandidates that registered but did not attend and funnel that candidate through the application.Cross train in Easy Apply candidate recruiting and sourcing Contact all candidates in timely manner via phone, text, and/or e-mail Nurture candidates through the application process, provide the correct linksand follow-up with candidates that have applied and those that need additional info.
