Assisted existing drivers on their suspension account - Explained the issue and cause of their suspension and advised them no repetition mistakes.2. Payment - Transaction and Incentives issues. Cross check with the relevant dept to investigate.3. App Issue - Guiding drivers on their application where jobs not showing or having lag issue. Assisted them on the basic troubleshoot and advised drivers accordingly based on their device supportable on the constant updates.New Regulations (PSV License, E-Hailing Insurance, EVP)1. Around 2019, government issued all e-hailing drivers required to have a valid PSV license & EVP. 2. Assisted by reviewing all drivers accounts ensuring they have complete the requirements by MOT. E-hailing Vehicle Perming (EVP) Cancellation1. Was assigned to be the first few to handle this inquires. 2. Explained the steps needed to be taken ensuring they could transition back to their normal status of their vehicle. Trainer1.
