I’m a serial entrepreneur with experience of launching and running multiple businesses ranging from Financial Services, Financial Markets, Training and Education, Sales Consultancy and Marketing. I am also an active investor in businesses, having successfully bought in and sold at various levels of share ownership. I’m currently looking to invest further in the following:1. Businesses with annual net profits ranging from £250,000 to £500,000 who are looking to transition out of the business due to retirement. Ideal sectors would be Food & Beverages (e.g. Bakeries, Wholesalers, Distributors), Services (e.g. Mortgage Brokerages, Estate Agents, Media Agencies) Gyms, Launderettes etc.2. Companies with EBIT of £1Million plus who want to grow either through floating on the stock exchange or through acquiring their competitors. These might be in the B2B space but looking for rapid growth in order to win larger contracts by virtue of being a PLC. For the last 5 years I have focused on the following:• Achieving above average returns from trading the Forex market using a range of automated systems• Helping enhance the turnover of small businesses using a variety of sales and marketing strategies• Investing in small businesses at varying levels of share ownership in exchange for capital or expertiseMy professional background began as a Retail Business Analyst in 2000. I then moved into Financial Services and Estate Agency in 2003 and then into Financial Markets and trading in 2008. I also invested in my first retail business around this time – a bakery that I bought, improved and sold several years later for a profit. I launched a private fund several years later which I ran for 4 years before being bought out by one of the partners. In 2012 I created a program on Trading and Wealth Creation which I sold from seminar stages across Europe and Africa. I also started consulting on Sales and Marketing to various organisations to help lift underlying profits. I invested in two more B2C businesses which I cashed out of 4 years later.I recently launched an online lead generation company to provide qualified leads for B2C businesses which coupled with a suitable sales process will boost any company's bottom line.My Big WhyI’m blessed to have a wonderful family and two gorgeous children. I am creating a legacy for them. They drive everything I do and are the reason why I get up each morning. When it’s all said and done, if we don’t do what we do for the people we love then what is the point of doing it at all?
