As a SOC analyst, it is my job to monitor events using various tools and escalate, or close, these events depending on their severity.

In a team collaboration, we built up a framework for a client's internal sales team to be used to assist all future sales with potential clients. Created multiple deliverables for client's cyber and sales team to be reviewed and used both internally and externally. These deliverables consisted of various cyber, technical and governance requirements so that client's product can be utilized by potential customers on their network.

In a team of 3 members, we built up HIPAA framework for a biomedical company so that may be in compliance with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Created client deliverables and slide decks for upper management to present to the client the team was engaged with.

Participate in appropriate level of ISO (Information Security Officer) training,learn/understand the ISRP protocol, support ISO team in producing concise, and provide meaningful guidance to Technical partners.Utilized network of Citi TISOs to leverage information to provide an end deliverable comprised of training material for future employees, department wide employees, and personnel from other departments.Assist TISOs in day to day operations that consist of reviewing applications of different platforms to ensure security of updates, and new applications adhere to the Citi Information Security Policy an Standards.
